Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order by signing into My Account and clicking on orders or you can check your email and track your order.
Are returns allowed?
You can return undamaged products to the return address listed on our policy page. You can find more information about returns on our Return Policy page. Items listed with an asterisk(*) are not eligible for returns.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t. Although we do encourage you to create an account for a more personal user shopping experience. You can always check out as a guest.
How do I apply student discount to my order?
On the checkout screen enter your school email address on the field that reads “email@example.com” and click “apply student discount” an email will be sent to your school email prompting you to click a link, applying the discount automatically and taking you back to the checkout screen. To bypass this step for future orders, create an account with us using your school email.
Can I use coupons with the student discount?
Yes, coupons will apply with the student discount.
Can I use the student discount on sale items?
Yes, you can but some exclusions may apply.
Does the student discount also apply to staff?
Yes, the student discount applies to faculty, staff, and Alumni the same way it does to students.
