Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order by signing into My Account and clicking on orders or track your order from the email you recieved from ordering.

Are returns allowed?

You can return unused products to the return address listed on our policy page. Read more about returns on our Return Policy page. Note that items listed with an asterisk (*) are not eligible for returns.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you don’t. You can always check out as a guest but we recommend creating an account for a more personal shopping experience.

How do I apply student discount to my order?

On the checkout page, enter your school email address on the field “email@institution.edu” and click “apply student discount.” An email will be sent to your school email. Check your spam if you don’t see the email, click the link on the email and you will be taken back to the checkout page with the discount already applied. Create an account with your school email to skip this step for future purchases. 

Can I use coupons with the student discount?

Yes, coupons can be applied with the student discount. 

Can I use student discount on sale items?

Yes you can but some restrictions may apply.
