If you are not satisfied with your order you can return eligible items or exchange it for another within 10 days after receiving your order. Please be aware that items listed on our website with an asterisk (*) are not eligible for returns but can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product if there is a choice option available. All items being returned or exchanged must be undamaged, dirt free, and in a “like new condition”. If you received your item as a gift, please include the information you have- the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc and we will make sure that you are taken care of. You are responsible for all shipping expenses when doing a return or exchange. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.
